We are looking for a Backend Developer who wants to build modern backend services and solutions that integrate AI into real business workflows. This is not a research role and we are not looking for an ML scientist. We are looking for a software engineer who can build stable production-grade systems.
- Your responsibilities
- design and develop backend services in Python,
- build APIs and integrations with third-party systems,
- implement features based on LLMs, RAG, semantic search and workflow automation,
- improve performance, reliability and observability,
- work with databases and data models,
- collaborate with frontend, product and delivery teams.
- Nice to have
- hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG or vector databases,
- Redis, Celery, async Python,
- basic Kubernetes knowledge,
- AWS experience,
- CI/CD, monitoring, logging and tracing,
- automated testing and code review experience.
- What we offer
- Salary: PLN 15,000–20,000 gross/month (employment contract) or PLN 18,000–24,000 net + VAT/month (B2B)
